To be honest, it's not that hard, the only difficult thing is to start xD If it wasn't for my friend, I'd probably still work on my cell shading xD

And painting is so relaxing! Choosing right colors is fun as well \o/

You're so cool! I'm practicing realism now but I don't know how to do it. =3= Especially coloring bright-colored hair ... how did you do that? :O

Thanks a lot! *u* As for the hair... you can always search for some photos on the Internet and see how shading looks like.
There's nothing wrong with using references as long as you achieve deserved effect ^3^

I think that my art classes helps a lot too... OTL

I sometimes use references too, but the problem is, I don't know how to color the hair strands like real hair! Hair strands are too difficult to draw. =3= You should make a tutorial about it--just for me! Hehe just kidding. :P

Haha, I'll think about it! I draw in paint tool SAI and use really thin brush for hair, it gives a nice effect xD

Yup, Paint Tool SAI is amazing when it comes to painting *u* But I'm sure you can play with brush settings in Photoshop and achieve similar effect! :la:
